Little Learners Child Care Center is staffed by nurturing caregivers who are committed to providing children with a safe and mentally stimulating environment. Caregiver educators at Little Learners must have a college degree or certificate, current college student status, or previous work experience in the early childhood field—along with a genuine desire to work with young children and an appreciation for the magic that is childhood. Regardless of prior training, all of our staff must participate in training specific to our program.
