Technology Training & Consulting for Faculty and Staff

The Center for Teaching, Learning and Assessment Lab is for the use of Faculty and Staff of IUK, it is located in the basement of the Main Building Room KO 068.  If the room is locked please collect the key from The Learning Enhancement Center KO-280 .  Do not forget to lock the room when you leave.

A student lab technician or staff member will be available to assist you during Lab open hours.

For your convenience help manuals containing the basic tasks have been placed next to each computer.  We have a wide variety of programs and equipment available for your use.  Please check the CTLA Resources for more information.

We organize the "one on one" training sessions in the Center for Teaching, Learning and Assessment Lab, please email to book a session if you require assistance with a particular program.  In addition we present workshops on a regular basis on the Microsoft products and Oncourse.  Please check the Training Schedule to find out when the workshops are being held.  If you have between 3 - 5 people in your department who require training but cannot make a specific time, an arrangement can be made for a separate workshop on a different day in the same week.

Technical Tips are provided to assist you with common tasks.

Oncourse , is Indiana University's program for enhancing classroom instruction and delivering online courses.  We offer hands-on workshops on Oncourse as well as one-on-one training on specific areas if there is no workshop available.
