Apply to Graduate

Students must complete a degree candidate form in order to graduate. The deadline to complete the form depends on when you plan to finish. If you plan to be done with all coursework and requirements in:

 

May or August the form must be completed and returned to the Continuing Studies office no later than January 15^th. 

December the form must be completed and returned to the Continuing Studies Office no later than September 15^th.

 

Applying to Graduate with an Associate of Arts in General Studies Degree 

If you will be completing the Associate of Arts in General Studies then you need to print and complete this form:

(please indicate what month and year you plan to graduate - May, August, or December)

 

Applying to Graduate with an Bachelor of General Studies Degree  

If you will be completing the Bachelor of General Studies then you need to print and complete this form:

(please indicate what month and year you plan to graduate - May, August, or December)

 

 If your plans change after submitting the form to the General Studies office please notify us as soon as possible.
