Physical Plant

The Physical Plant oversees all buildings and grounds on the IU Kokomo campus.

Mission Statement:

Indiana University Kokomo's Physical Plant serves as campus host, providing a pleasant, healthful, and safe environment for students, faculty, staff, and others who use IU Kokomo's facilities.

As an integral part of the university, the Physical Plant is committed to providing high-quality, personalized service and fostering a pleasant, efficient work environment. Our staff is dedicated to maintaining our amazing resources, planning for future growth, and bringing peace of mind to everyone who visits our campus. Through honesty and teamwork, recognition and reward, we have created a culture of cooperation, friendship, positive self-esteem, and loyalty. The Physical Plant Office oversees IU Kokomo Bus Services:

To request the IU Kokomo Bus, a Special Use Form must be submitted to the Physical Plant Office.

For a list of approved bus drivers, please contact the Physical Plant Office at 455-9273.
