Kelley Student Center and Alumni Hall
Tired of driving in circles around the mall looking for a decent place to park? Tired of seeing the same old stuff once you finally do find a parking place and get inside? Then the staff council at Indiana University Kokomo has the answer to your shopping woes. The annual Arts and Crafts Show will be held at Indiana University Kokomo on November 8, 2008.
The Arts and Crafts Show sponsored by the Indiana University Kokomo Staff Council, features more than 80 crafter's and artisans. In its seventeenth year, this pre-holiday event will be held in Indiana University Kokomo’s Kelley Center and Alumni Hall from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. |

Both admission and parking are free. And when you need a break, shoppers may take advantage of the food being served in the Indiana University Kokomo cafeteria.
Members of the Staff Council (all clerical, technical and maintenance employees of the Indiana University Kokomo campus) spend months preparing for the show. Many of the Indiana University Kokomo staff members are also crafter's and artisans. Proceeds from the show are used to enhance the campus and support scholarships and other student needs. In recent years, the council has made a $5,000 pledge to the Indiana University Kokomo library, purchased benches and other outdoor furniture, and funded restoration of the Well house, a campus landmark.
What can you expect to find at this year’s show? The booths will feature a wide variety of handmade items including: clothing, pottery, wood furniture, baby items, jewelry, baskets, holiday decorations, teddy bears, dolls, rugs, lawn decorations, wooden bowls, potpourri, bath soaps and salts, and floral's.
