I wanted to let you know a few things about myself and why I chose this University.  When I first enrolled in college I started out being a single a mother wanting a better life for myself and my children so I went back to school for a better education. I completed a Associate's degree at IVY Tech Community College and then transferred to Indiana University of Kokomo for Bachelors degree.  I am now married and currently a sophomore at IU Kokomo and seeking a degree in Criminal Justice.  Being a transferred student from a different college and having all the trials and tribulations that life brings, it was an adjustment coming to IU Kokomo but was one of the best decisions I have made.
