Summary: The concept of the Warren County LEDO's Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is to address the needs of existing small businesses and that of emerging entrepreneurs. The RLF provides loans up to $50,000 at 3% interest over terms up to five years to help start, expand, or retain businesses. The RLF turns dreams into realities!
