Philosophy Minor
The minor in philosophy provides the opportunity for students to explore the philosophical and theoretical foundations of a wide range of disciplines. Students examine ethical decision-making, the nature of human thought processes, the creation of knowledge, and the use of logic. The minor provides courses that may be applied to all disciplines, but which particularly complement studies in pre-law, political science, communications, business, English, fine arts, sociology, and psychology.
