IU Kokomo offers a variety of on-campus career fairs that are both major-specific and open to all majors.
Before you go
Always dress for success - Assume you will be interviewed and dress the part! Even if you don't get an interview at the job fair, you have already made a great impression!
You are invited to schedule a résumé critique prior to events. Schedule an appointment by calling the office at (765)-455-9301 or stop by and see us in room 200 in the Kelley Student Center. For more information you may email us at carserv@iuk.edu.

Dress for Success Fashion Show
Dress for Success Fashion Show and Interview Skit is a professional development program that is a fun and informational event to prepare students for their first interview, internship, and/or first job. It will include a runway walk with fellow students in professional attire and a “What-Not-To-Do” Interview Skit. There will be refreshments and door prizes!!! Learn how to impress and land your first job!!! if you wish to be a model, please see the Career Services Office for more information.

Job, Internship, Volunteer Extravaganza (JIVE)
JIVE offers an excellent opportunity to meet and network with prospective employers. Whether you are looking for a full-time, part-time, internship, or volunteer position- this event is something you won't want to miss. It is open to all students and alumni.

Health Sciences Career Day
Health Sciences Career Day is a career fair for all students interested in working in the health field. A diverse population of healthcare facilities will be on campus to discuss current and/or future opportunities.

New Professionals Conference
The New Professionals Conference is available for all students and is designed to help you gain knowledge about meeting and dining etiquette. There will be 2 business conference sessions (one pertaining to Salary Negotiation and Budget Creation; one pertaining to Successful Interviewing/Interview Skit), along with a reception and etiquette dinner. All students must register and pay the $10.00 (non-refundable) fee to attend by calling 765-455-9301 or visiting the Office of Career Services, Kelley Center Room 200. Professional business attire is required.

Kokomo Area Spring Job Fair
Area job fair coordinated by Ivy Tech Kokomo and IU Kokomo. This job fair is open to all students, alumni, and community members. This event is an excellent opportunity to meet and network with prospective employers. Whether you are looking for a full-time, part-time, internship, or volunteer positions. As always be sure to dress in professional business attire and bring your résumé in case an employer asks for one.
