                Communication: How “Field of Vision” Influences Perspectives, Relationships, and Decisions

If you were to paint a picture of how your campus looks and how it functions, what would that picture look like?  What if you thought of your campus as a web of relationships that are shaped one conversation, one meeting at a time?  Each person experiences reality from a different perspective, depending on his/her “field of vision.”  In this session we will discuss and experience a process for:

• Uncovering the perspective that people share and don’t share
• Increasing our “Field of Vision”
• Identifying differing agendas, and
• Gaining a clear understanding of the multiple realities influencing the decision maker(s).
