Physical Plant office is responsible for the overall management and direction of the buildings and infrastructure of the campus. Our office develops plans for maintenance, repair. Our office is also responsible or the keeping the buildings and facilities safe and hazard free for all employees, students and patrons on the campus.
The Duplicating, Shipping and Receiving and Mail Operations Office, assist in providing services and mail support to the Indiana University Kokomo campus. The University grounds staff provides the most visible first impression to campus visitors.
Indiana University Kokomo's Physical Plant serves as campus host, providing a pleasant, healthful, and safe environment for students, faculty, staff, and others who use IU Kokomo's facilities.

The Physical Plant office is responsible for all the activities, e.g. theatrical productions, performances, concerts, etc; conducted in the Havens Auditorium and for other events on campus that requires specialized equipment and systems.
The Physical Plant office provides the IU Kokomo Bus and Van scheduling. To Schedule the Van or the Bus and to get a list of approved bus drivers please Contact the Physical Plant Office.
