Special High School Students

A special high school student is any student who has completed their junior year of high school and wishes to enroll in a course at IU Kokomo. By coordinating with your high school guidance office, these courses may help fulfill high school requirements as you earn college credits! This unique opportunity allows you to experience the college setting and begin earning coursework towards your Indiana University degree! Credits earned will also transfer to most public, four-year institutions.

Special high school students must provide their high school with an official Indiana University transcript upon completion of their course work. Please be advised, credit is accepted per your high school’s dual credit policy. Students are advised to coordinate with their high school guidance counselor before enrolling in course work at IU Kokomo.
