Events Scheduling Form
This form is intended for those student organizations that are registered with Indiana University Kokomo's Office of Student Activities. For more information, on the registration process, click here. All non-registered groups should directly contact Facilities Services.
Any and all events and meetings sponsored by a registered student organization occurring on campus (whether campus space is used or not) must be reserved and announced through submission of this form. The completion of this form is only a request for the space reservation (if applicable) and is not an automatic or completed reservation until a confirmation is emailed to you; therefore, you mustn't advertise this event until the confirmation email has been received. Please fill in all sections, otherwise your form may not be processed.
