- Monday – Friday: 6:00am-8:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am-2:00pm

- Yoga - Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30am-7:30am
- Zumba - Monday: 5:00pm-6:00pm & Thursday: 6:30pm-7:30pm
- Group Circuit Training - Wednesday: 5:30pm-6:30pm & Thursday: 12:00pm-1:00pm
- Pound - Monday: 6:45pm-7:45pm & Thursday: 6:30am-7:30am
