  • Monday – Friday: 6:00am-9:00pm
  • Saturday: 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Sunday: 12:00pm-4:00pm

Workout Classes

Let our leaders inspire and motivate you in one of our group exercise sessions at no extra charge! No experience necessary - and we have sessions for all fitness levels!

  • Yoga - Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30am-7:30am
  • Zumba - Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00pm-6:00pm
  • Group Circuit Training - Monday & Wednesday: 5:30pm-6:30pm
  • Pound - Wednesday & Friday: 5:00pm-6:00pm
