Eva Roa White was born in A Coruña, Galicia, Spain and raised in Lausanne, Switzerland. She has lived in several countries including England, Ireland and Saudi Arabia. She is currently Assistant Professor of British Literature and the Director of the Master of Arts in Liberal Arts Program at Indiana University Kokomo. She is also the co-founder and faculty advisor of From the Well House, IU Kokomo's Art and Literary Journal. Her research interests include Immigration Studies, Irish Studies, Galician Studies, British Literature and Cultural Studies. She is presently at work on a new book, Hybrid Selves, Grafted Identities: The Immigrant Other, and writing a memoir: The Immigrants’ Daughter: Back to Galicia.
