I work as an Assistant Professor of Economics in the School of Business.  My primary responsibility is to teach microeconomics courses that satisfy both Business requirements and General Education requirements.  My primary areas of research are in public economics, the economics of education, and the economics of diversity.  I am also the faculty advisor for the student organization SIFE.  This organization provides students the opportunity to earn credits while performing community service, gaining leadership skills, and receiving career development.
