Karla teaches a variety of English and Humanities classes (composition, creative writing, medical terminology, literature, travel study, and the leadership capstone).  She also leads students in The Innovation Symposium, a course that focuses on innovation in philanthropy, environment, and technology; after studying in England for three weeks, the students develop individual projects that address global issues on a local level.
