Scott Jones is Dean of Indiana University Kokomo's School of Humanities and Social Sciences. He founded the New Media Communication degree program, where he now serves as an Associate Professor. He has published articles on web design in international journals, has given more than 40 presentations at conferences, and was named an AT&T Fellow in 2006. He has more than 20 years of experience teaching at the college level, having taught at Purdue University and Cornell University before starting at Indiana University Kokomo in 2002. In 2012 he was named to FACET, Indiana University's organization for faculty committed to excellence in teaching, and in 2013 won IU Kokomo's Claude Rich Excellence in Teaching Award.
