Perhaps the easiest way to apply is to complete our online application. Instructions are provided to guide you through the application process. This application is for First Year, Transfer, Visiting/Guests, Second Degree, Undergraduate Non-Degree, and Special High School applicants.

Graduate and Graduate Non-Degree applicants should use the following Graduate online application.

If you are transferring to IU Kokomo from another IU campus, you can submit your transfer request using the online IU Intercampus Transfer Form.

Paper applications can be obtained by:

• Printing a copy of our Application for Admission (PDF) for First Year, Transfer, Visiting/Guests, Second Degree, Undergraduate Non-Degree, Graduate Non-Degree, and Special High School applicants.
• Completing the online Materials Request Form
• Calling the Office of Admissions at (765) 455-9217 or toll free (877) 875-4IUK
