Contemporary Entrepreneurship
The Certificate in Contemporary Entrepreneurship is designed specifically for those with the entrepreneurial spirit. Courses are eight weeks in length and offered exclusively in the ACCELerated Evening College in hybrid format, meaning 50 percent of weekly instruction is face-to-face and 50 percent is online using the Web. The program is administered by the Division of Continuing Studies with administrative oversight by the School of Business.
To earn the Certificate in Contemporary Entrepreneurship, students must complete the following required courses for a total of 15 credit hours: Foundations of Accounting, Fundamentals of Economics, Elements of Business Law, Personal Finance, and Contemporary Entrepreneurship. These are regular credit courses, but they do not apply toward a School of Business degree at IU Kokomo.
