Master of Business Administration
The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program is designed to meet the needs of working professionals and employers in north central Indiana for high-quality graduate education in management. The program fosters effective management of resources in diverse organizational units and settings. Attuned to the regional industry base, the M.B.A. program focuses especially on managing in a changing environment. All required M.B.A. courses are offered in two formats: eight-week and sixteen-week sessions. Each required course is offered in both formats but in alternating years.
Graduation with the M.B.A. degree requires successful completion of a minimum of 30 credit hours. Students holding an undergraduate degree in business administration might complete the program in 30 credit hours, while someone having none of the core foundation course work would require up to 18 credit hours of additional core courses. Waiver of core foundation courses is determined through an analysis of the applicant's transcripts. Degree requirements must be completed within six years of admission.
