- Are you a leader? Do you like to plan for the future, organize programs, help other meet their needs? A B.S. in Public Affairs degree can prepare you to be a leader in government, urban planning, law enforcement, nonprofit and volunteer organizations, and private business. It is also an excellent major for students thinking of law school or graduate studies in public or private administration.
