1. MacKay distributed and explained a publication on Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education. She indicated that IUK might become a test institution for the Project Sails exam of information literacy skills. She also distributed a motion to add information literacy as the 7th skill in the list of core "Fundamental Skills". This motion will be considered by the Faculty Senate Educational Policies Committee.
2. Budget presentations were made for Allied Health and the Library.
