Adult Students

If you're thinking about going back to school to earn a college degree, you'll find that IU Kokomo offers many advantages for adult students. We know that adult students often are managing family and work responsibilities as well as studies, so we provide services to help you succeed in college. You’ll also find that our outstanding faculty appreciate the maturity and life experience that adult students bring to the classroom. Here are some of the advantages we offer:

How to Become a Student at IU Kokomo

It’s easy to apply. You can apply online or by mail. Here’s what you’ll need to submit:

  • A completed application form and nonrefundable application fee of $30,
  • An official high school transcript, even though you may have graduated a number of years ago. The transcript must be received in a sealed envelope from the high school.

Students who graduated from high school at least three years prior to the semester in which they plan to enroll are not required to submit SAT or ACT scores.
