To get remote installation assitance for Microsoft Office 2007:
1. Contact the Computer Services Helpdesk via campus phone at x.315
2. Helpdesk staff will guide you through the process of making a request for remote assistance.
3. Helpdesk will start the installation remotely. After the installation is started, the helpdesk will end remote support and the installer will run automatically to completion.
4. Upon completion, If asked to reboot your system, select "No."
5. After the install has completed, the Installation Feedback Form will display automatically. Fill out this form and click submit.
6. Your install is finished! Please reboot your computer to begin using Microsoft Office 2007.
