IT periodically asks IU Kokomo faculty, staff, and students
to participate in user satisfaction surveys. Survey results for
2001, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2009 can be viewed online.
IT Advisory Committee Technology and Pedagogy Survey
In the 2009 Spring semester, the IT Advisory Committee
asked faculty to take a survey designed
to identify instructional and information technologies that have
significant potential for increasing student learning and
success. Summary results are available
here.
Helpdesk Service Survey
Starting June 1, 2009 everyone is given the opportunity to
take a short survey immediately after receiving service from the
Computer Services Helpdesk in the Library. Summary results will
be posted here in early July for the month of June and updated
monthly thereafter.
