Payroll Information
Beginning in November, 2008, IU Kokomo is implemeting electronic timesheets for non-exempt employees to record their work hours.
The Timekeeping Information Management Environment (TIME) is a web-based, automated system for collecting time and attendance data on all non-exempt support staff and hourly employees. Electronic timesheets will be generated on the Friday before the beginning of each pay period. Biweekly Support Staff and Hourly employees will complete their timesheets on-line through OneStart. Timesheets will be electronically routed to their supervisor for review and approval at the end of each biweekly pay period. Following approval, the timesheets will be electronically forwarded to the payroll system for processing and payment.
The instructions for Biweekly Support Staff outlines how employees can find their timesheets in OneStart and record their hours worked and their absences from work.
The instructions for Hourly employees outlines how employees can find their timesheets in OneStart and clock in and out to record their hours worked.
The instructions for Supervisors (TIME Approvers) outlines how both support staff and hourly employees complete their timesheets. These instructions also show supervisors where to find their employees' timesheets, how to modify the hours worked, if necessary, and how to approve the timesheets so employees can be paid.

Pay periods run Sunday through the second Saturday of each month.
