- Make sure you are using the links on the Indiana University Kokomo Library Web pages and not bookmarked links.
- AOL users should use a browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
- The E-Z Proxy Server requires a cookie to be set on your computer. Make sure that your security level and/or firewall allows the cookie to be set.
- Clear cookies, temporary Internet files, and history on your browser. Logout and restart your computer.
- If you have a cable or DSL line and leave your computer on and connected all the time shut your system down and restart.
- In some cases you may receive an error message.
- If the error relates to your username and password go to the IT Account Management Password Maintenance Web page and make sure your password is the same for all systems. If this does not correct the problem contact the IU Kokomo Help Desk at 765-455-9315 or kohelp@iuk.edu. Please make note what the error message states.
- If the error relates to the EZ-Proxy Server stating that an address is not authorized please contact a Librarian at 765-455-9521 or iuklib@iuk.edu. Make sure to note what the error message states.
