Student Government officers elected at IU Kokomo April 24, 2003
	Release mentions residents of GALVESTON, FRANKFORT, KOKOMO, LOGANSPORT, PERU, SHARPSVILLE, and WALTON KOKOMO, Ind.—Indiana University Kokomo students have elected new Student Government Officers for 2003–2004. Michael Sandy, a social and behavioral sciences major from Kokomo, will serve his second term as Executive President. Sandy is currently a junior. Sabina Kedhi, a three-term Student Government Senator, will move into the Executive Vice President’s slot. A junior accounting major from Albania now living in Kokomo, Kedhi has also served as president of the International Student Organization and as photo editor for the campus student newspaper, The Correspondent. Megan Collins of Logansport will serve as Vice President for Programming. The sophomore psychology major has worked with the Student Union Board for two years, and chaired the 2003 Halloween Open House, the campus’ largest annual public event. The new Vice President of Athletics, Sean Temoney is a business major from Kokomo. A student recruiter for the Office of Admissions, Temoney attended several leadership conferences in this his first year at IU Kokomo. Six Student Government Senators were elected including: Donald R. Andrews, a junior nursing major from Kokomo; Philip Kyle Degler, a freshman elementary education major from Sharpsville; Shamus Driver, a freshman biology major from Frankfort; Melissa S. Guzman, a junior elementary education major from Galveston; Joyce Ingle, a junior accounting major from Walton; and Tiffianey Taylor, a junior sociology major from Kokomo. Senators continuing terms from last year include sophomores Danielle Blevins of Peru and Jessie Dillard and Brian Yensho II, both of Kokomo. Blevins is majoring in criminal justice, Dillard is majoring in psychology, Yensho is a pre-med student majoring in business. Note: Spelling of Tiffianey Taylor in 2nd to last paragraph is CORRECT.
