Forensic Scientist to Speak in Kresge

April 16, 2008

For fans of the television show CSI and CSI Miami, the term forensic science, the study and collection of evidence for legal cases, usually brings to mind dead bodies and fingerprints. At Indiana University Kokomo on Thursday, April 17, at 5:30 p.m. in room KO211, former forensic psychologist and present Ball State University instructor Ron Truelove will explain his work in the world of forensic science. Truelove will be explaining his work with eyewitness testimony, the insanity defense, and different cases that he has worked with and advised.

Sponsored by IU Kokomo’s Psychology Club, and fully funded by IU Kokomo student activity fees, the event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Randi Irwin, rrirwin@iuk.edu or for other assistance call the Office of Student Activities at 765-455-9203.
