New students to learn about campus during orientation

KOKOMO, Ind. – New students to Indiana University Kokomo are invited to attend Orientation Day on Saturday, May 2. The day-long event will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the Kelley Student Center’s Kresge Auditorium.
IU Kokomo students, faculty and staff will be on hand to answer questions and offer information.
Students will watch a video showing policies, procedures, and services from Financial Aid, the Bookstore, Parking, Student Activities, Career Services, Computer Services, and the Office of the Registrar and Bursar. Orientation Leaders will perform skits and facilitate a student forum.
Students will finish the day with a chance to meet with their advisors and register for classes.
Indiana University Kokomo serves a seven county, primary service area in north central Indiana, bringing quality education to area residents. The campus offers more than 40 academic programs including four graduate degrees.
