Did you know?
• Every two seconds, someone in the United States needs blood.
• More than 38,000 donations are needed every day.
• Just one donation can help save up to three lives.
• 60 percent of the U.S. population is eligible to give, but only 5 percent of those eligible actually donate.
Help boost that donation percentage by participating in the blood drive. Healthy people ages 17 or older, who weigh at least 110 pounds, and who not have donated blood in the last eight weeks are eligible to donate. To schedule a donation time, e-mail aeash@iuk.edu or call (765) 455-9491. Walk-ins are welcome.
Persons without campus parking passes should follow the signs for special event parking during these activities.
The Office of Student Activities, (765) 455-9203, will coordinate “Raise Your Voice” activities at IU Kokomo.
