Celebrate IU graduation with Orlando trip

First, the mortarboard; then, the mouse ears! Spend three days at Disney World and other Orlando, Florida attractions, during the Indiana University Alumni Association’s (IUAA) Graduation Celebration Trip 2003. The May 22–25 trip is open to all 2003 and December 2002 graduates of the six IU regional campuses—including IU Kokomo—along with their families and friends. The trip fee covers round-trip air fare on Delta Airlines from either Indianapolis or Chicago, three nights stay at the Marriott Fairfield Inn one mile from Disney World, a welcome reception, continental breakfasts, shuttle service to four Disney theme parks, airport transfers and a one-year complimentary membership in the IUAA for the new graduates. Other nearby Orlando attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios Orlando, Wet ‘N’ Wild and Orlando Premium Outlets. The Marriott Fairfield features in-room refrigerators and Sony PlayStations®, an outdoor pool, restaurants and lounges. Based on double occupancy of rooms, the trip costs $475 per person leaving from Indianapolis and $540 per person leaving from Chicago. Single accommodations are available at an additional cost; triple and quad prices are also available upon request. A $150 deposit will reserve your place. Full payment is due by February 28. “We are excited to be able to co-sponsor this trip with the IUAA and the other regional campuses,” said IU Kokomo Director of Alumni Relations Cathy Hightower. “This is the inaugural year for a graduation trip designed especially for graduates from the regional campuses. We feel this provides a wonderful opportunity for these graduates to meet, travel and celebrate their accomplishments together.”
