Painting with Watercolors for Beginners
If you have basic drawing or watercolor skills, you can benefit from the techniques this course presents. Demonstrations show how to use different materials with watercolors to achieve desired effects.

T’ai Chi Ch’uan (Beginning)
The “Yang” style of T’ai Chi Chuan uses basic postures and Chi exercises. This introduction to the Yang Short Form will enable you to develop flexibility, coordination and correct breathing for stress relief and relaxation.

A+ Certification
Prerequisite: Six months’ computer system support experience or equivalent.

Internet Programming I
If basic HTML or XHTML no longer provides the functionality you need for your Web page, come explore the programming options for Internet applications. Students will learn basic programming foundations and how they apply to the wide variety of programming/scripting languages for the Web. Prior programming experience is not required. We will also discuss the pros and cons of different technologies and how to evaluate when a technology is a good solution. If you want to learn more about JavaScript® applets, servlets or CGI, this class is an excellent starting point. No book required.

Access® Basics
Microsoft Office’s® tool called Access® contains tremendous depth and structure to create databases. Learn Access® methodologies as you learn relational database design and creation. This eight-hour class is for those who need to start at the very beginning! An Evening at the Observatory
Gaze at the stars and planets and look for meteors and comets with the telescope in Indiana University Kokomo’s own observatory. The evening includes a lecture on the solar system and a chart of constellations in the northern hemisphere. Families are encouraged to attend together. All ages are welcome. The $40 registration fee is for up to four family members. An adult must accompany minor children. This two-hour course is limited to 12 participants.
