Carmel open house features IU Kokomo School of Business

KOKOMO, Ind.—Faculty of the Indiana University Kokomo School of Business will be in Carmel Tuesday, August 12, for an informational open house, at the Carmel Clay Schools’ District Educational Services Center, 5201 E. 131st St. Scheduled from 12:30–2:30 p.m. in the public meeting room, the open house will provide information on the following programs, available at the Kokomo campus:
Associate of Science in Business “More and more Hamilton County residents are discovering that a quality education is available at our campus, just a short drive north on U.S. 31,” said School of Business Dean Niranjan Pati, Ph.D. “We welcome prospective students and their parents to join us on August 12 to learn more.” IU Kokomo business students have repeatedly placed in the 90th percentile on the undergraduate Major Field Test for Business, most recently, placing at an average 96th percentile. In addition, School of Business student competitors have finished consistently in the 90th percentile or above in the National Collegiate Investment Challenge, and have won three consecutive regional titles in U.S. Students In Free Enterprise competitions. IU Kokomo’s M.B.A. program made entry into the “Best Graduate School” edition of U.S. News and World Report in 2003. In 2001, the IU Kokomo School of Business received accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International, recognizing its academic excellence.
