Nashville Star’s Meg Allison sings at IU Kokomo March 8

KOKOMO, Ind.—Meg Allison, 1 of 10 contestants featured in the latest Nashville Star competition on USA Network, will perform at Indiana University Kokomo on Thursday, March 8. Her 11:30 a.m. performance in the Kelley Student Center Commons is open to the public. Admission is free.

A singer/songwriter from Evanston, Ill., Allison, 25, also plays guitar and piano. Her debut album, “Missing Piece,” has earned critical praise, and her song “Old Soul” recently won the Songwriters Universe’s Best Song award.

Allison’s local concert is presented by the IU Kokomo Student Union Board, (765) 455-9203.

Persons without campus parking passes should follow the signs to visitor parking for this concert.
