Video link to tuition hearing offered at IU Kokomo

KOKOMO, Ind.—Indiana University Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 21, on proposed tuition and required fees to be set for all IU campuses for the next two academic years.
The 10:30 a.m. hearing in Bloomington will be connected via videoconferencing to sites at IUPUI and all regional campuses, where students and the public may observe and participate as well. At IU Kokomo, the site is Room 214 of the Main Building.
IU officials will outline proposed tuition and fee rates for the 2007–08 and 2008–09 academic years and describe how these additional revenues will be used to maintain and improve academic quality.
The IU administration is recommending a 5 percent increase in tuition and required fees in each of the next two years for in-state undergraduate students at all campuses.
