IU Kokomo Art Gallery features digital canvas artwork

Kokomo, Ind. – The fall exhibit at the Indiana University Kokomo Art Gallery features artworks in animation titled, “Celestial Reflections,” and can be viewed free of charge beginning Tuesday, October 20, through Thursday, November 12.
Artist Margaret Dolinsky uses her digital canvas to create moving images that combine her drawing, painting, and 3D modeling. Dolinsky is an associate professor at the H.R. Hope School of Fine arts, and a Fellow with the Institute for Digital Arts and humanities at IU Bloomington.
An opening reception will take place on Wednesday, October 21, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the gallery. Refreshments will be served.
The Art Gallery is located in Alumni Hall, and is open Tuesday and Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Saturday, noon to 4 p.m. The Art Gallery is closed on Sunday, Monday, and Friday. Persons without campus parking permits should follow signs to visitor parking.
