TTCI Documents

Below are a number of documents pertaining to the formation of TTCI as a student organization and regarding our rules of play, etc.

TTCI Constitition (February 16, 2005) Every student club at IUK requires a constitution that describes the purpose of the club, membership requirements, officer election procedures, and so on. This is ours. TTCI Rules of Play (August 26, 2006) All official club games (i.e. for ranking and for tournament play) must follow the rules outlined in this document. Players are encouraged to follow these rules even during casual play as to avoid confusion. Ranking Process (September 23, 2006) This document describes the method we use for ranking players. The ranking is used to establish the opponents for the first round of our tournaments and is good for "bragging rights." Match Record (March 2, 2005) For a match to be counted toward a member's ranking, it must be recorded on this form. This form has space for three different matches.

ITTF Rules (July 18, 2006) Our club rules are based on the rules produced by the International Table Tennis Federation. The ITTF rules also provide the basis for the USA Table Tennis rules and the National Collegiate Table Tennis Association. We opted to use the ITTF rules since they do not include some of the USA and Collegiate regulations governing uniforms, coaches, and other topics not relevant to our club.
