Technology Tutoring

IU Kokomo students must be technology literate to make effective use of computers, university web services, basic software packages, and technology appropriate to their disciplines or fields. IU Kokomo graduates should be ready to tackle the challenges of industry armed with relevant technology skills. To this end, Student Computing Services provides Application Support and tutoring on the items most important for your success: OneStart, Oncourse, IU Kokomo Student Email, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

How to get help

Currently, Tutoring is available in two ways, by appointment or by walk-up.

• To reserve an appointment, contact the Computer Services Helpdesk in person, via phone at 765.455.9315 or via email at kohelp@iuk.edu. Sessions last up to thirty minutes.
• To receive help on a walk-in basis, visit the Helpdesk and request service. Assistance will be provided as scheduling permits.
