In light of yesterday’s Governor’s order for us to stay home, much has changed on campus.
As you can imagine, this unprecedented crisis has made change a constant. All buildings will now be locked except for the Library. The only open door to the Library will be the entrance closest to the fitness center door. The hours for the library will be 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. It will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. We will re-evaluate the hours once we know the need for student access to technology.
Everyone should work from home. If you need to get something from your office, you may do so in the next couple of days. Use your own key or access card. After that, John Sarber can grant access for emergencies.
I hope you will all stay connected to one another! Join the hallway chats, create opportunities to check in with each other via zoom, send emails or texts. I will be available if you need me. I will be watching email, so that is the best way to communicate. I need to know how we are all doing as we venture on this new journey. I look forward to stories, concerns and questions. It will help me design my daily communication to all of you.
