Web Services Request

When submitting web service requests. Please allow two business days for staff to approve the details of your submission. Once your request has been approved and moved to project status, it could take one-two weeks for completion depending on other campus web priorities.

If you are unable to access the form, please try again using a different web browser, or clear your cache and cookies and try again. If those options aren't successful, contact the Help Desk at kohelp@iu.edu or 765-455-9315.

Use the form below to request to have documents uploaded to AIM, a digital repository for disseminating and preserving official Indiana University records with long-term, indefinite administrative, legal, fiscal or historical value. Files uploaded here can be linked to the campus university web pages, course syllabi, or a canvas site upon request.

About Web Services

Web Services is responsible for developing and maintaining the IU Kokomo web space by providing support and technical assistance to the web publishing community in order to effectively meet the goals of a student-centered learning community. Services are offered to faculty, staff, schools, and department web pages loaded on IU servers.

Web Services collaborates with Media and Marketing to ensure that IU Kokomo's website is following a unified brand across every school and academic unit.

Guiding principles:

  • The Office of Media and Marketing as functional owner of the web space
  • UITS-IU Kokomo Web Services team as the developers and owners of the technical architecture

Vision:

IU Kokomo web space is recognized as a premier, visually pleasing, contemporary website that utilizes modern technology and university enterprise resources to meet campus marketing and communication goals, while serving end user needs, and supporting campus intranet communication needs.
