2006-2007
During the 2006-2007 academic year, the Department of Information Technology (IT) assessed outcomes related to three goals. The goals were related to service and support operations; specifically dealing with timeliness of service delivery, accuracy and completeness of service operations, and the convenience of our services. The goals, outcomes, and methods used in our assessment are all detailed within our report.
