Note 2: The definition of a non-profit is an organization with an IRS status 501 (c) 3, and may obtain the discounted price.
Under the special circumstances, and where it is determined to be a benefit to the students of Indiana University or the program meets the institutional mission, the Chancellor may waive any/or all facility fees.
The Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management may determine that a student organization is sufficiently involved to constitute a university program and waive all fees.
The Vice Chancellor for Finance in consultation with other cabinet members and the Chancellor may waiver service fees. These waivers will be made if it is determined a direct benefit to the university is being received. Goodwill is not an acceptable benefit.
All Facilities Use Agreement Contracts must be completed and signed prior to every event.
