If you are a resident of Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, or Wisconsin, you may be eligible for the Indiana Partner tuition rate. This rate replaces the Midwest Student Exchange Program.
Fees are additional charges to cover the costs of certain services, such as technology or labs. Indiana University recently restructured fees to make them clear and simple, to help students and their families better anticipate and budget. For many students, fees that varied greatly semester to semester will now be distributed more evenly over the course of their education. Some fees were eliminated, and others were consolidated or renamed. In some cases, the dollar amount of the fee decreased.
All fees are subject to change without notice by action of the Indiana University Board of Trustees, the campus Chancellor, or the Director of Finance and Administration. Most fees are assessed according to the number of credit hours taken by our students.
There are several categories of fees that might apply to you. For a list of fees charged for specific courses, choose "Course Related Fee." Classes that include a course related fee are noted in the Schedule of Classes. All fees are subject to change without notice.
Undergraduate students enrolled at all Indiana University campuses will pay one rate (banded tuition) for their basic tuition when taking between 12 credits and 18 credits.
