Welcome to the Office of Finance and Administration page. Our office oversees the University’s business functions which include Budget Administration, Bookstore, Bursar’s Office, and Parking Services.
The Office of Finance and Administration is responsible for budgetary planning and administration at Indiana University Kokomo. The office is led by the Vice Chancellor for Finance who is the campus Chief Financial Officer, the Kokomo Chart of Accounts Manager, and a member of the Campus Cabinet.
The Vice Chancellor oversees the annual general fund and non-general fund operating budgets and monitors compliance with Indiana University financial administration policies, implementation of business processes and procedures, university-wide initiatives, financial reporting, and provides fiscal support to the campus executive administration.
