Health and Wellness

We are here to help you

It’s hard to focus on studying for an exam or completing an assignment when you have distractions piling up, or you’re not feeling your best. At Indiana University Kokomo, we want you to succeed, which means placing as much value on mental and physical well-being as on grades.

There are many resources available to you both on campus and in the Kokomo community to assist you with any situation you might face during your time here.

If you cannot find a resource that you need, or want assistance connecting with any of the sites listed below, please contact the Resource Navigator in the Student Life Office at slcd@iu.edu.
