Transferring from another IU campus?
If you’re currently attending another IU campus, you are considered an intercampus transfer student—and the process is even simpler!
You’ll use the same online application, but you won’t have to submit your transcripts—we already have them. And we will work with you to make sure your credits transfer properly.

Stephanie Tinkel, Transfer Admissions Counselor, IU Kokomo begins speaking outside: “So you’re a transfer student, you’re probably wondering what’s next. My name is Stephanie and I’m going to share with you everything you need to know.”

Stephanie continues, “First thing’s first, be sure to schedule a visit through the Admissions Office. We have personal visits and transfer visit days. Speak with me, I’m your transfer counselor.”

Stephanie continues, “Once you’re admitted, you’ll want to schedule an appointment with an academic advisor. Your academic advisor will evaluate your coursework and help enroll you for the upcoming semester.”
“Once you’re here, you’ll probably be looking for ways to finance your education. Our Financial Aid office has information on transfer scholarships, Phi Theta Kappa Scholarships, and more! Walk-ins are welcome!”

Stephanie continues, “The Career and Accessibility Center is here to support your student success and help prepare you for an amazing career! You can schedule appointments for career counseling and assessment, job shadow or internship placement, résumé and cover letter critique, or mock interviews.”
