Classes and Training at the Cole Fitness Center

One of the best ways to stick to your fitness plan is to do exercise that is fun, fresh, and different! If you're someone who gets a bit bored with the same exercise routine, you're in luck! At the Cole Fitness Center at Indiana University Kokomo, you can try all kinds of classes and training with your membership. Each academic semester, you'll find class offerings designed to help you reach your goals while keeping it fun. Whether you like dancing it out, practicing yoga, or circuit-style training, be sure to check out all our classes!

New to the gym and want some personalized assistance?

At the Cole Fitness Center, you have the opportunity to work with a personal trainer. If you're new to the gym and want to know how to use the machines or what exercises you should be focusing on to achieve your goals, talk to the front desk about personal training. We want to ensure you are comfortable in using the equipment and working with an experienced trainer can really make a difference.

Fitness Class Schedule

Let our leaders inspire and motivate you in one of our group exercise sessions at no extra charge! No experience necessary - and we have sessions for all fitness levels!

  • Yoga: Monday and Wednesday 1 p.m.
  • RIP Weight Training: Monday and Wednesday 5:30 p.m.
  • Cycling: Tuesday and Thursday 11 a.m.
  • Body Conditioning: Tuesday and Thursday 12 p.m.

 

Fall and Spring Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed
