Partner with Us!

The Office of Sustainability promotes the following goals in an effort to make our cities, rural communities, and workplaces more sustainable:

  • Engage in advocacy work
  • Organize and support student, faculty and staff teams that will propose and create projects with high community impact.

We're growing and always looking for more ways to get the word out and continue toward a more sustainable future. We're currently partnered with some excellent local organizations, such as:

Tree Campus USA

The Office of Sustainability works to keep our campus a Tree Campus of Higher Education through the Arbor Day Foundation. To achieve this we keep track of our trees and their health, plant new trees, help to educate children on the environment and sustainable, and host events such as our Arbor Day event where we come together as a community to plant new trees on campus.

If you would like to learn more about the Arbor Day Foundation and Tree Campus USA you can visit their website.

Involved in K-12? Work with us!

If you are a teacher or administrator in K-12 education, our office would love to work with you! We offer a variety of summer camps, including our Science Rocks! camp.
